There is no obligation for you to book at the time, though of course you can if you wish. You may prefer to think about what we’ve discussed or talk it through with a friend and get back to me later if you think hypnosis is right for you.
Before your first session I will ask you to complete and return a questionnaire. The information you provide will help me to understand the changes you wish to make and will help me to prepare for the first session.
Sessions
When you are ready, and we have discussed what you want to achieve with hypnotherapy, I will help you relax and guide you gently through the process of hypnosis.
Either before or after the hypnosis I may teach you a simple technique, or give you a small homework task to complete before our next session which will help to reinforce the changes already begun.
Fee £60 per session
You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.
